are everywhere. We know. But ‘Waste Not, Want Not’, which opens up shop in Putney early April, has something a little different on offer that you need to check out.

The one night event will see Chefs Jonty Franks and Jane Montgomery serving up a five course feast using fresh, underused or forgotten British produce. But there’s more to it, proceeds of the night will go to support Action Against Hunger. We like food with a conscience.

For only 40 quid you’ll not only get a decent meal but both chefs will be sharing their knowledge of these lost ingredients so you can use them in your own cooking. All while helping those who are going hungry worldwide.

So grab some cutlery and booze (you need to bring both) and get down there.
