It’s a double drop from the Warpaint girls with their new two-part video for current single ‘Disco//very’ and the upcoming ‘Keep It Healthy’, both taken from their second, self-titled album. Directed by pro skater Laban Pheidias, the eight-minute film turns from day to night with the transition of the tracks and basically, there’s a lot of skateboarding and a lot of strutting. What more could you want?
It’s kind of like when you were fourteen and you and your mates filmed yourselves miming along to your favourite song, throwing around some nondescript dance moves that no-one was ever meant to see, in a good way. Oh yeah, and the songs are pretty awesome too.
