track is mixed by Pulp bassist Steve Mackey and is a complete re-working of the original version from the Warpaint’s debut EP ‘Exquisite Corpse’, produced by John Frusciante (ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers). It was felt that the single did not get enough ears the first time around, and as it’s always been a band favourite it only seems right to re-release it now that they are a little more well known.

This new version of ‘Billie Holiday’, which was Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record In The World’ on Radio 1 last week, will appear on the band’s deluxe album (also out on 19th Sept). The album consists of their current album ‘The Fool’, ‘Exquisite Corpse’ and various remixes.
