War Child is no stranger to putting on gigs to raise money for the important humanitarian work it carries out and now the charity has announced a new Safe & Sound series of shows. Jon Hopkins, who released his acclaimed album Singularity earlier this year, along with Hot Chip frontman Alexis Taylor; Tom Misch, whose debut LP Geography hit the top ten, and friends, including his sister Laura; and Everything Everything, fresh from their Mercury nom will be playing the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire across three consecutive nights in November.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on 5th October, with all proceeds going to War Child as part of their Learn to Live Campaign.
