Another day, another bit of vegan news. This time it’s the lovely Vurger Co who are launching their first permanent site in March at Richmix Square near Brick Lane. They’ve been killing it on the festival and street food circuit and now you’ll be able to get a regular Vurger fix thanks to last year’s crowdfunding campaign where they got 166% of their target in 72 hours! Safe to say Londoners are loving The Vurger Co.
We can expect the full menu at the Shoreditch site including the Tabasco Auburger, made from aubergines, chickpeas, red onion and vegan cheese, as well as the Classic, the Mexican and the MLT, packed full of baked mushrooms and rocket and topped with walnut and sundried tomato paste. Oh and there’s also the infamous mac’n’cheese and milkshakes. Who said going vegan was hard?! Check out their Instagram for an idea of what’s in store….
