up on Saturday December 1st, British cycling apparel manufacturers Vulpine are hosting their own Cycling Fete at the Balham Bowls Club. A celebration of cycling and everything associated with it, it’s a full day of bikes for everyone, from enthusiasts to those who are brand new to the sport.

Vulpine’s philosophy is clear, that cycling is no place for cliques or snobbery and that bikes should be fun for all, so expect something for everyone. Artcrank will be exhibiting bicycle related works from 26 artists, while Rollapaluza while allow you to virtually compete against cycling legends like Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton on their spinning bikes.

The event will be the perfect opportunity to meet some key people in the industry, from independent brands and stores to personalities from cult radio show The Bike Show, ITV’s The Cycle Show and Look Mum No Hands.

The fete is completely free to attend, but visitors are encouraged to donate to two very good causes. The Friends of Herne Hill Velodrome charity are raising funds to preserve the location where Bradley Wiggins began his career, and Rollapaluza Outreach who help encourage more cycling for young people and in schools.

It promises to be a great festive atmosphere with food, drink, entertainment and shopping opportunities. Now repeat after us – bicycle, bicycle we want to ride our bicycle!
