Selfridges has jumped on the vegan bandwagon by opening up pop-up vegan waffle and acai bar. Run by Raw Press, the bar is serving up a range of totally vegan and gluten-free waffles, including a blueberry, maple and coconut topped waffle and a Moroccan harissa waffle with carrot salad, hummus and dukkah. Chocolate, PB&J and apple crumble acai bowls are also on offer, so you can indulge in something sweet without feeling guilty…the perfect January treat.
