Moving Mountains, the company behind the UK’s first ‘bleeding’ vegan burger, is back with another new creation…a vegan sausage, made from oyster mushrooms, beetroot, pea protein, wheat, soy, oats, coconut oil and vitamin B12, with a plant-based skin. We didn’t realise that vegans were missing the skins off of their plant-based bangers but here we are. Tell Your Friends, the vegan restaurant run by Made In Chelsea sisters Tiffany and Lucy Watson, will be the first spot in the country to serve the new sausages in a white bean hotpot with root veg and scalloped potatoes.
