VASCO & PIERO’S TO RETURN TO SOHO

Italian institution Vasco & Piero’s was forced to shut its Soho site earlier this year after 50 years in business, but you just can’t keep a good place down and now it’s coming back to the neighbourhood. Vasco & Piero’s 2.0 is opening on D’Arblay Street, taking over the spot where Levantine restaurant Ceru used to be, and it’s going to have a totally new look with the interiors being done by the same team behind Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden.

The new site might look different but we’re expecting the food to be the same; traditional, simple Umbrian dishes like fennel & orange salad, tagliatelle with beef & pork ragu, spaghettini with king prawns & chilli, and seabass with asparagus & tomatoes. Here’s hoping they stick around for another 50 years.

Opens Tues 5th October 2021
10-11 D’Arblay St, London W1F 8DS
