USE YOGA TO IMPROVE YOUR RUNNING
Though a great workout, regular running does take its toll on your body but yoga is an excellent way to stretch out your muscles and prevent injuries. Trainer KP is leading a yoga for runners at BLOK Clapton to show you how you can use yoga to release tightness and tension. Focusing on hips, hamstrings and the core, you’ll work through a dynamic flow to stretch and strengthen the fascial networks so you can loosen up tense muscles and ultimately improve your personal best.
