Well if you were wondering who would be next to open up a London venue after Rick Astley and Idris Elba, the answer is… Usain Bolt. Yes really. The fastest man on earth already has three Tracks & Records restaurants in Jamaica and now he’s bringing it over to his “second home”, opening in Spitalfields. The restaurant will serve up Bolt’s fave dishes like jerk chicken, jerk pork, and fried fish and bammy, with the bar stocking a selection over 150 rums.
The signature T&R cocktails will all be on offer as well as a brand new range created exclusively for London. The two-floor site will also be home to plenty of Bolt sporting memorabilia as well as a dancefloor and club, where you’ll be able to bust a move to reggae and dub music and DJ sets. Maybe you’ll even bump into the man himself…
