Grandma used to say, ‘if something’s not right, just rub a bit of vinegar on it’. Not just a cupboard essential that see’s the light of day when you have fish and chips, this mega condiment was made famous by Antoine-Claude Maille back in 1720. Fast forward to Monday 30th November, and the chef behind Grain Store, Bruno Loubet, will be hosting an evening of festive food at La Maison Maille, Piccadilly Arcade revealing how to unlock the flavours hidden in vinegars.

Everyone who attends gets a goody bag and as well as eating Bruno’s nibbles guests also drink wines matched by Berry Bros & Rudd. Want in? Then hit us up on Twitter or Facebook with “Lets rub a bit of vinegar on it @MailleUK @londontheinside’ and we shall notify the winners. This is no sour deal!
