Known for its glamorous five star hotel experience and 1920s and 1930s- inspired decor, the Ned has become synonymous with style, fame and class. Earlier this year the property added The Parlour, an intimate jazz bar to the space, joining the 250 bedrooms, ten restaurants, spa and club. The Parlour hosts regular live music and cabaret residencies from the likes of saxophonist and clarinettist Giacomo Smith, singer, songwriter and pianist Reuben James, and Black Cat Cabaret.
Now two Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers of Restaurant Story is getting in on the action with an eight night residency at The Parlour. His menu will be priced at £125 per person or £185 with wine pairing, and you can expect dishes like lobster cocktail with horseradish, leek & apple; aged Hereford sirloin with potato, onion, braised cheek tart & truffle, and peach custard tart with lavender ice cream.
