Bermondsey-based craft cidermakers Hawkes have swapped the taproom for the TV (well YouTube) as founder Simon Wright and the team adapt to the current lockdown situation. Their new channel, Hawkes TV, will allow all you cider drinkers to enjoy a range of events from the comfort of your own home, including cider tastings and how to make cider at home.
It all kicks off on 2nd April with a live tasting led by head cidermaker Theo, followed by a how to make cider at home session on 4th April, cider school on 8th April and a how to taste cider session led by founder Simon on 10th April, with more programmes to follow.
