After popping up with UNA, a supper club held in the St Pancras clock tower, chef Martin Milesi is returning to London. He’s popping up at Refettorio Felix at St Cuthbert’s Church with Tú, which will act as a preview to his restaurant concept due to open here in 2020.
Tú draws on the flavours of Latin America, with the likes of chicharron con salsa verde, sea bream ceviche, and Argentine beef with homemade ‘torrontés’ mustard on the menu, which will be paired with wines from Argentina’s Bodega Norton. The £60 ticket includes a welcome cocktail, the full tapas menu and wines, and in buying one you’re also supporting the work they do at Refettorio Felix.
