we think Sweden we think: vodka, long hours wasted putting up that shelf from IKEA and Mamma Mia, here we go again!

But, what about the food? Think past the meatballs and what are you left with? Surprisingly, lots. Sweden holds host to everything from oysters to salted caramel apples – yes please!

So, if you want to try your hand at some “Swedishes” head down to cookery studio, Aveqia in Farringdon for a series of master classes hosted by chef Gizzi Erskine and BBC’s “Great British Bake Off” 2010 winner, Edd Kimber.

Unfortunately, we can’t promise that there will be any blonde Swedish babes present, but we can guarantee that you’ll see more than just a couple of meatballs!

Tickets are priced at £15.
