After bringing us the most unusual ice cream flavours last summer, the Anya Hindmarch Ice Cream Project is back for 2023
Just like last year, Anya Hindmarch’s playful spirit is out in full force this summer with the return of her Ice Cream Project concept store, which is serving up scoops of Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Warburtons Crumpets, Bird’s Eye Petit Pois, Branston Pickle and Kikkoman Soy Sauce flavoured ice creams. Yes really. The idea behind what is surely the wackiest ice cream parlour in town is to celebrate Anya Hindmarch’s fave brands (a nice tie-in to her latest accessories collection) by taking products that would typically be found in the pantry and putting them in the freezer instead.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can go for a scoop or a tub of cheddar cheese & crunchy pickle, tangy and sweet tomato ketchup, vanilla laced with sticky sweet chilli sauce, or smooth and sweet pea ice cream. If you want something a little safer and sweeter, there are also Rice Krispies, Coco Pops, Ambrosia Rice Pudding, Ribena, KP Salted Peanuts, McVitie’s Digestives and Tiptree Lemon Curd flavours on offer too. Now will it be one scoop or two?
