Hostinga series of Not Your Average Curry Nights, michelin starred restaurant Trishna are taking guests on a journey through India. With fragrant plates inspired by the South Coast, rich seafood dishes from Goa and a riot of puris, bhajis, behls and idlis all on the bill, each night will take one region and explore their signature flavours with a five course menu. Paired with wines, champagne and sherries handpicked by co-founder and sommelier Sunaina, it’ll be anything but your average curry night.
