year globetrotting travel writers Lara Dunston and Terry Carter, in partnership with HomeAway Holiday-Rentals, are swapping hotel rooms for holiday homes in a grand tour they have aptly named Grantourismo. Their aim is to discover a more authentic way to travel and you can read all about it on their blog grantourismotravels.com. As part of the project and to get other travellers involved, they are running monthly contests for budding and experienced writers, bloggers and photographers, with the chance to win:
