Boundary’s basement has had a makeover and the result is new restaurant Tratra. It’s run by chef and food writer Stéphane Reynaud and it’s his first place outside Paris. The name ‘tratra’ comes from a French term meaning modern with a traditional twist, so that’s what you can expect from the food. Reynaud is also a big fan of meat and charcuterie so there’s plenty to satisfy all the carnivores out there. The place also has a wine bar so whether you wanna pop in for a drink or sit down to a full meal, Tratra will look after you.
