Mark Hix’s Tramshed has just launched its weekend brunch menu and it features a Yorkshire Pudding Breakfast Sandwich…sausage, bacon, and eggs all wrapped up in fresh Yorkshire pud. EPIC. Also on the menu, which is served every weekend between 11am and 4pm, is a selection of hearty British plates. Forget about avo on toast, here you’ll get Yorkshire pudding and whipped chicken livers; cock ‘n’ bull hash with fried duck egg; beefballs ‘McIlhenny’; and Indian Rock chicken and Glenarm steak dishes.
