Some of the best ramen in the UK is coming to London as part of the Tour of Ramen at Bone Daddies. Three limited editions will be appear on the Bone Daddies menu across three weeks, starting with the Lamb Pork Chilli (merguez sausage, Xi’an smoked lamb and 20 hour pork broth) made in collab with Homeboys from Nottingham. Next up is the Salmon Yuzu with Scotland’s Maki & Ramen, which features seared salmon, salmon miso broth and yuzu tare, and the final bowl is Green Miso from Manchester’s CBRB, with mushroom broth, chilli green tare and grilled padrons.
The ramens will be available at all Bone Daddies restaurants but stocks are limited so get down early if you’ve got your eye on a particular bowl. And as Bone Daddies is running Eat Out To Help Out, you can get them at bargain prices Mon – Weds.
