The Tonkotsu empire is expanding with the group’s eleventh restaurant opening in Peckham this September (number twelve, in Shoreditch, is already in the works too). The 50-cover restaurant, complete with Mr Christa wall murals, will be inside the new Market workspace and will serve up the all the signature Tonkotsu ramen, hiyashi and gyoza as well as craft beer, sake and cocktails.
The Peckham restaurant will be kicking off its soft launch by giving away free food and drink on 20th September before offering £5 ramen and hiyashi from 21st September – 6th October.
