Tom Kerridge is getting into the fast food game (and he’s doing it the vegan way too) by teaming up with brand creator Mark Emms to open Bad Vegan in Camden’s Buck Street Market. The idea behind the restaurant is to introduce plant-based food to people who might not necessarily want to follow a vegan diet, so whilst the menu will be predominantly plant-based there will be some non-vegan items available. Basically if you’re a flexitarian, this is the spot for you.
We don’t have any actual dish details yet (we’re betting on burgers and fries of some kind) but we do know that there will be vegan shakes and beers from Camden Town brewery on the menu. Watch this space for more…
