The Coal Shed London is swinging open its kitchen doors for a series of monthly guest chef collabs and next up is Tom Brown, formerly of Outlaw’s at The Capital with his own restaurant Cornerstone opening in Hackney Wick this year. Brown will team up with The Coal Shed’s Executive Head Chef Dave Mothersill, Head Chef Chris Ditch and Head Pastry Chef Laura Petersen for a spesh five-course menu that celebrates ‘meat, fish and fire’. The menu comes in at £55 per person with a wine pairing available for an additional £30, so if you want a table for this one-off dinner you’d better book yourselves in.
