Nothing beats the humble slice of toast. Whether you wanna jazz it up with a bit of avo, keep it nutty with some peanut butter or go back to basics with a dollop of jam, we could eat toast all day long. But toast is not just for breakfast and an art gallery has opened up to prove it. The art on display uses toast as a canvas to recreate some of the world’s most famous paintings including Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, The Bedroom by Van Gogh and Water Lilies by Claude Monet. For a LOAF of the action, check out the pop-up gallery in Old Street station.
