Australia Day is just around the corner and to celebrate, Crosstown Doughnuts is bringing a little bit of down under to London with very limited edition Tim Tam doughnut – that’s chocolate sourdough filled with a chocolate Tim Tam custard and topped with Tim Tam ganache and Tim Tam pieces. YUM. Their famous Lamnut, based on the chocolate, coconut and raspberry Lamingtons, is also coming back, so that’s two reasons to get in the Aussie party spirit this year.
