just been introduced to another epic band from Brighton, TIGERCUB…who like mates The Wytches have that Nirvana/QOTSA stench etched into their sound which results in hard, abrasive pop. And all fronted by an angry 7 foot tall and not an inch shorter, 22 year old. Their debut release ‘Little Rope’ came out in Jan this year and the new material ‘Centerfold’ sounds just as sexy and sleazy.

The trio headline Brighton’s Green Door Store tomorrow (May 30th) and play the Amersham Arms in New Cross on Friday May 31st. They’re also going to spend July on tour with Dinosaur Pile-Up tearing up and down the country!
