Every two weeks, on Thursdays, events and workspace Benk&Bo will transform into a dinner club, with a roster of resident chefs taking over the kitchen for a one-off meal. They’re kicking off next week with Ana Da Costa and Emily Yeoh of hot sauce brand Two Hot Asians who’ll be cooking up a contemporary Asian feast. Expect dishes like tapioca crackers with whipped smoked tofu and garlic oil; pork or tofu toast with Sambal; mushroom wontons with daikon and mushroom xo sauce; and Hong Kong Ice tea sorbet. Next at the helm will be Ed Tejada and Max Maclean, of Two Shefs, who’ve worked with the likes of Silo, Lyles, Pidgin, Ottolenghi and St John and whose recent event at Catalyst was a sell-out. That menu is still TBD and the lineup will be expanding in April – so, there’s even more to look forward to.
