Matt Harris has only just opened the first permanent Thunderbird Fried Chicken in Brixton but he’s already spreading his wings and opening another on Villiers Street in Charing Cross.
That means you’ll be able to get your fried chicken fix, including the Thunderbun, Chipuffalo wings (a mix of buffalo, chipotle, coriander and pickled celery with blue cheese dip) and the brand new salted caramel wings, which have gone down a cluckin’ storm since launching south of the river, in central.
