Three Sheets and Dumplings’ Legend Are Linking Up for a Soho Yum Cha Collab

Three Sheets is turning ten, and it’s celebrating by teaming up with a legend, literally

This April, Max and Noel Venning are marking a decade of the bar with a two-part collaboration alongside Lucas and Geoff Leong of Dumplings’ Legend, bringing dim sum and tea-infused cocktails together across both venues.

Things kick off on Mon 30th March with a one-night-only Dumplings’ Legend pop-up at Three Sheets Soho, where the Chinatown institution will be serving a special yum cha menu alongside limited-edition cocktails. Expect baskets loaded with the likes of prawn har gau, spicy pork xiao long bao and scallop shumai, plus drinks that lean into Three Sheets’ love of tea distillates, including a Butter Tea Martini and Pickled Mango Iced Tea. There’ll also be vintage Moët, sake and shochu on hand.

The collab will continue throughout April, with anniversary specials running at both sites from Wednesday 1st April. At Dumplings’ Legend, diners will be able to order a 10 Year Anniversary Milk Oolong Old Fashioned, created by Three Sheets, while over at Three Sheets, Dumplings’ Legend’s spicy duck dim sum will join Head Chef Ethan Pack’s regular bar menu. Sounds legendary to us.
