Ethical coffee shop New Ground, which trains ex-offenders, has popped up at The Corner Shop on the ground floor of Selfridges. It’s serving up a 10-strong coffee menu made from an exclusive Selfridges blend, with optional shots of CBD, as well as teas, hot chocolates and pastries. It even recycles the cups to turn them into paper shopping bags. But the best bit about the cafe has to be the giant yellow slide right in the window – climb the staircase, whizz down and start your day with a real buzz.
