Drag queen, author, model and star of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Bimini, will be joined by Lancaster University’s Professor and linguist Paul Baker for a panel discussion hosted by VICE World News’ Ben Hunte. Taking a closer look at the ‘Then and Now’ of LGBTQ+ activism, they’ll be covering everything from Bimini’s guide to transforming your life through lessons from drag, to Professor Baker’s personal history of the infamous Section 28 (the 1988 UK law banning the teaching “of the acceptability of homosexuality”).
