THE WORLD’S FIRST IMMERSIVE CHAMPAGNE FOREST OPENS AT THE SAVOY

An immersive champagne forest has landed at The Savoy and just in time for Christmas. Designed by experiential architect Meredith O’Shaughnessy (who was also behind the hotel’s Solas Terrace in the summer) and inspired by the works of Art Deco illustrator Kay Nielsen, Reverie features a forest of hand-carved trees, dripping decorations that look like champagne bubbles, a shimmering moon boat, and even the scent of champagne in the air.

Once you’ve made the most of all the photo ops, you can sit down to a festive afternoon tea that features white chocolate & morello cherry ganache snowflakes, pastry parcels of roasted pear jelly & caramel cremeux, and decorate-your-own gingerbread, and cocktails like the Cassiopeia (with Laurent-Perrier Champagne & edible gold dust) and the Orion (a twist on classic eggnog with stencilled cinnamon stars). If you’re looking for somewhere to splurge this Christmas, this is it.
