For one weekend only, you can grab a drink from the world’s best bar as Paradiso will be popping up at the Punch Room in The London EDITION this September. Based in Barcelona, Paradiso has taken the top spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, with their theatrically presented experimental cocktails receiving particular praise. Paradiso owner Giacomo Giannotti and his team have created a new menu, called The Evolution, inspired by the significant discoveries and inventions from across human history, like fire, writing and electricity, and five of the signature cocktails from this menu will be on offer at the Punch Room takeover.
Here’s what you’ll be able to try:
- EVOLUTION NEGRONI with Whisky, Campari, Cocco, Mancino Rosso, Amaro Lucano & Chai tea
- TESLA with Gin, Rum, Chamomile, Mancino Bianco, Lemon Verbena, Hierba, mate syrup & Top Perrier
- COPPER with Scothc Whisky, Articoke, Mancino Secco, Amaro Lucano, Rose Water & Aloe Vera
- FLEMMING with Tequila Blanco, Mancino Secco, Grapefruit, Beer, Thai Milk & Top Perrier
- THE CLOUD with Mezcal, Hibiscus, Amaro Lucano, Sherry, Fino & Green Chillies
There’ll also be serves from the Punch Room’s new menu LIGHTS, inspired by the way light affects objects, so you certainly won’t be going thirsty.
