ALLURE
| WHY
Taken from his upcoming EP, Allure’s latest track sees the French producer channeling some serious Daft Punk vibes, helping him to deliver a potential dancefloor filler with substance –something that manages to elude some perhaps more seasoned producers.
MT. WOLF | RED
Mt. Wolf have returned after an extended break with new single Red, a ethereal lullaby-esque track paired with some haunting male vocals that make us wonder how we ever coped while they were gone.
DEAD CEREMONY | LOSING YOU
Although not a melancholic cover of Solange’s track of the same name – which frankly needs to happen – Dead Ceremony’s new effort sees the Kent-based foursome delivering something rather special thanks to Losing You’s sparse but warm production that lets the lead-vocals take you on a emotional-filled journey into their consciousness.
TESSERA SKIES | DROPLET
Floating through a liquid soundscape is ‘Droplet’ from Tessera Skies who’s translucent like instrumentation gently rumbles as if wakening from a dream. Part of a double a-side split single this is released on 1st December 2014 via Mono, and has us perched right on one of their dreamy clouds. Keeping an eye on these.
CASH+DAVID | BONES
Cash+David – real names Tim Ross and Liz Lawrence – have unveiled the gorgeous video for their latest single Bones, a downtempo track filled with brooding synths and a moody vocal from singer Lawrence that begs to be heard on a full-length album of similar material.
