ORACLE NORTH | COMMUNION

Swedish Quartet, Oracle North have dropped dark new track ‘Communion’. Combing post-punk influences with experimental electronics, Oracle North have managed to create an atmospheric masterpiece. With brooding vocals, a sharp guitar line, acid-synths and pulsating drums, it’s haunting, yet beautiful and this juxtaposition is the real attraction.

HONDURAS | HOLLYWOOD

Hailing from NYC, Honduras have released new single ‘Hollywood’ ahead of their debut EP. Underlying the grungy vocals, it’s riff heavy, with guitars at the heart and soul. But with a polished sound, Honduras manage to put a dreamy spin on garage rock and we love it.

THE VYRLL SOCIETY | SELF REALIZATION

Back with new single ‘Self Realization’, The Vryll Society demonstrate their ability to stand out from the crowd. Crafting their sound to combine psych rock and shoegaze, the interweaving guitar lines are clever and bring the track to life. Set against the gloomy vocals, this track has attitude, but it’s far from what you’d expect.

SEGO | STARS

L.A duo, Sego have gone above and beyond with new single ‘Stars’. With a pinch of disco, this is no ordinary indie rock. Jangly guitars and hazy vocals, tell a story that is filled with twists and turns. Reaching for the stars quite literally, this track takes you out of this world.

HIGHASAKITE | SOMEONE WHO’LL GET IT

‘Someone Who’ll Get It’ is taken off  Norwegian pop outfit, Highasakite upcoming LP. Themed around war and terrorism, the new album has dark undertones that shine through in this single. Enticing you in with looping keys, pummelling drums, synth sequences and yearning melodies, it’s powerful, moving and just utterly irresistible.
