 EAT | BYKER DRONE

https://soundcloud.com/eat-103383031/byker-drone

Coming out of nowhere,  Eat have released debut single ‘Byker Drone’ and it has caused quite a stir. Like a breath of fresh air, this fuzzy, dreamy track brings guitar pop back to where it should be – overflowing with hooks and distorted vocals and we love it.

EASY KILL | SAMSON

Mancunian quartet, Easy Kill have released new single ‘Samson’ ahead of their upcoming EP. The new track is equally haunting and warming, with a pulsing bassline and crashing percussion, the vocals weave you in and out on a journey that gradually builds towards a sharp ending.

SMILE | HOLIDAY

Dropping new track ‘Holiday’, Australian four piece Smile, give off some damn fine grungy vibes. Driven by the guitar riffs this track is filled with angst and reverb. Just rewind and this single could be the soundtrack to those summer holidays, when you were a grumpy, moody teenager wanting to get the hell away…oh the good times.

QUILT | ROLLER

Sharing new single ‘Roller’,  Quilt have taken things a long way from the traditional psych-rockers. Combining dreamy vocals, with brash guitar riffs and a dubby bassline, on paper something that should never work…but this track is polished, weird and is a whole new sound.

WITCHING WAVES | TWISTER

Returning with new track ‘Twister’, Witching Waves reaffirm their pop punk status in style. Rough around the edges, this track is driven by the solid bassline, but still has pop at it’s core. With fuzzy vocals and heavy power chords, we’re huge fans.
