On September 7, iconic Sadler’s Wells will host a one-night-only spectacular Ukrainian Ballet Gala, marking the debut of the Ukrainian National Ballet on a British theatre stage. The Gala will be a remarkable collaboration between the finest talent from the Ukrainian school of ballet and British counterparts from the English National Ballet and the Royal Ballet.

The ballet gala coincides with Ukraine’s 30th Independence Anniversary, underlining Ukraine’s cultural distinctiveness and vibrant artistic energy. The Gala aims to create awareness of Ukraine’s progress over the past three decades and will host the world premiere of System A/I, a contemporary ballet from choreographer Ludovic Ondiviela and dramaturg Olga Danylyuk about human coniditon, future of AI and a love affair between a human and a robot.

British audiences are invited to celebrate the post-lockdown revival of the London theatre scene and experience a unique ballet performance by the world’s best dancers.
