Designed as a visitor attraction, the Tulip has a viewing platform, rotating gondolas, internal sky bridges, bars and restaurants as well as a high-tech educational facility and spaces for cultural and technological events. FANCY. Building works are planned for next year and the tower could be up and running by 2025.
