the sun continues to shine our hunt for the best beer garden in London goes on and on and on – It’s a hard job but somebody has to do it! No London beer garden list should be complete without a mention of The Stag at Hampstead Heath.

The beer garden is at the back of the pub and is very private possibly the reason the pub attracts a host of celebs a certain Mr Gallagher is a regular. There are picnic tables and private cabanas which can be reserved for groups.

During the summer the pub hosts garden parties, acoustic music and a monster BBQ. Sunday arvo is the best time to visit although it is pretty busy all week long. If you are around this Sunday May 1st check out the May Day Garden party with BBQ, mini-beer fest, four live music acts and DJ. Entry is FREE but make sure you sample some food, seriously it would be wrong not to!
