The Stafford London is putting the courtyard outside The American Bar to good use this spring by hosting a Courtyard Fire barbecue series, where guest chefs will cook up a collab menu with Culinary Director Ben Tish and Executive Chef Jozef Rogulski. Matt Brown, Group Executive Chef of Hawksmoor, will be the first to hit the gill on 24th April, with dishes like short rib & Ogleshield nuggets with kimchi ketchup; native lobster rolls; roast Brixham scallops with white port & garlic; Old Spot belly ribs with vinegar slaw; dry-aged porterhouse steaks with triple cooked beef dripping chips, creamed spinach & bone marrow gravy; and sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream. Not only does that menu sound mega, it’s the only way you’ll be able to get a Hawksmoor meal before the restaurants re-open in May.
Chef and author Genevieve Taylor and Mei Mei founder Elizabeth Haigh will also be taking part in the series with more names still to be announced.
