THE SEVEN DIALS WINTER FESTIVAL IS BRINGING THE CHRISTMAS CHEER

Seven Dials is getting a big injection of Christmas cheer this weekend as The Seven Dials Winter Festival takes over the streets for three days of festive fun. It’s not a festival without a packed line-up of entertainment and this one is no different, with a performance from John Fisher and the IDMC Gospel Choir; a doughnut masterclass from Gizzi Erskine and Longboys; and a live podcast recording on body confidence featuring Alex Light, Laura Adlington and Karina; music from brass bands; and even a pop-up panto.

There’ll also be plenty of opportunities for you to get hands on, whether it’s dipping into the complimentary glitter stations and wreath making sessions, creating your own Christmas cards with London Graphic Centre, crafting zero-waste cocktails with Billi London, or perfume and skateboard-making at Experimental Perfume Club and Route One respectively. Adult ticket holders will be able to grab a free festive tipple from the prosecco cart on Earlham Street between 5pm – 8pm to kick start the late-night shopping. Naturally, the mulled wine will be flowing across the weekend from the Seven Dials Market mulled wine cart outside Cucumber Alley, with festive pizzas from Wildwood Kitchen, winter warmer chicken sandwiches from Chick ‘n’ Sours, Alpine winter wine from Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels and spiced rum hot chocolate from BrewDog on hand to keep you toasty.

And if you want to get a head start on your Christmas list, a whole host of Seven Dials shops, including Emin & Paul, Coco de Mer, Murdock, and Miller Harris, will be offering 20% OFF in-store, with the likes of Benefit, Cubitts, Bloch, and Away handing out free gifts with purchases. And make sure to check out the Seven Dials Christmas light installation – it’s supporting the Young Camden Foundation so pop down to the Neal’s Yard Festive Arch on Monmouth Street, donate a couple of quid and watch the lights sparkle.
