It looks like we’re on for another season of UK-based holidays and if you’ve been eyeing up a break in the Cotswolds, you won’t wanna miss The Scenic Supper. This socially-distanced dining experience was launched last year by Toby Baggott, Sam Lawson-King and Scott Sullivan, and it’s back for 2021 but this time at Todenham Manor Farm in Gloucestershire. The seven sustainably-built glasshouses (that can accommodate two or four people) are set on a hilltop, so you can soak up those beaut country views while you tuck into a five-course set menu.
The menus change monthly and feature local produce (including from Todenham Manor Farm itself), with dishes like Vale of Evesham asparagus with cured egg yolk & wild garlic, rabbit with glazed carrot & chamomile broth, sweet & sour tomatoes with tomato consomme, and rhubarb with ginger curd & meringue. There’ll also be a King Stone Gin bar on site too pouring seasonal cocktails, local beers and wine. Now fingers crossed for some sunshine…
