The Rumour Said Fire come armed with a new single in “Dead Leaves,” taken from their second album ‘Dead Ends’, which is out now through Believe Recordings. Conceived in Copenhagen in 2008 by singer, songwriter Jesper Lidang their debut E PThe Life And Death Of A Male Body sold over 30,000 copies and were awarded Denmark’s prestigious P3 Talent Award, an award not to be sniffed at. Dead Leaves is like Arcade Fire crashing with Mystery Jets surrounded by romance and longing, with big catchy choruses, mighty heart felt melodies and intensity, all wrapped inside gloomy lo-fi pop. Magic!

The band hit London to play the Old Blue Last on 16th October.
