But this is no ordinary exhibition and they will be encouraging you to use your senses to get down and dirty with the art. But it’s not all about the wine with Adam Rawson, 2015 Chef of the Year at the Young British Foodies Award and former head chef at Peruvian restaurant Pachamama creating a tasting menu for the occasion. Accompanied by 3 of the best Rhône Valley wines, the menu includes Cured Brill, Oyster, Gooseberry, Cucumber & Lemon Thyme, 60 day Aged Beef Txuleton and Coffee Husk Tart, White Peach & Cacao Nibs.
