Potlatch, is the newest pop-up on the block bought to you by Nick Gilkinson of The German Gymnasium.  To kick things off, the pop up will be taking over East London’s The Canvas Cafe’s kitchen. He’s drafted in former Clove Club chef Jonathan Williams to cook up the four course menu, which includes Duck Liver Parfait with Rhubarb, Salt Baked Celeriac, Roasted Cornish Monkfish, Smoked Wood Pigeon, and Salted Caramel Custard. Now that’s what we call a feast. Gilkinson has taken charge of the refreshments, designing the welcome cocktail and selecting the wine list himself, plumping for smaller and more traditional producers. Tickets are £60 a head, which is all inclusive…yes that means unlimited wine.
