what the Pig Club love? That’s right, pork. And lots of it. These pop-up chefs are experts in all things porcine and they seem to love cooking pork as much as we like eating it. For one night only, they’ll be taking over the Dead Dolls Club in Dalston for a special ‘countryside’ themed meal and there’s no prizes for guessing what meat the meal focuses on.

Between 7pm and midnight on 22nd January, the chefs will cooking up three courses for your delectation, kicking off with lamb’s liver on toast with celeriac salad, before moving onto the main event of Montague Farm slow roasted pork belly, served with lentil and chorizo casserole and crispy parsnips. The meal is rounded off with sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream or ice cream, with all three courses costing a bargain £30. While the pork will undoubtedly be the star of the show, there will also be after dinner entertainment from Sidney and Percy. It all promises to be a ham-azing evening!
