Sicilian-inspired restaurant Norma is launching a supper club series and it’s kicking off with Mateo Zielonka aka the Pasta Man. Mateo, who you may have seen handrolling pasta on Instagram, has spent years mastering the craft, working at places like Padella, Polpo and 180 The Strand. He’s created four dishes for his Norma takeover – crab taglierini with pangratto, culurgiones with potato & tomato sauce, girolles mushroom pappardelle, and chittarra alla norma – and it’s available for one night only, so book in pronto to avoid missing out.
